Terms of use

Use only an image you own or have permission to use, showing one authorized adult. No face swapping, identity replacement, impersonation, sexual or misleading content. Automated checks run before and after generation; rejected media is not delivered. By confirming adult photo permission and accepting these terms, you authorize APIMart and its model services to process the photo and generated video with input/output safety checks. One submitted generation uses one site credit. There is no automatic model fallback, paid retry or top-up; uncertain submissions are held for review. Free trials are limited by availability and the site's daily and launch-period allowance. The operator's internal model-testing budget does not create a customer charge.

Underlying models

Video generation uses Seedance 1.0 Pro Fast through APIMart. Input-photo and output-video safety checks use Gemini 2.5 Pro through APIMart. These are third-party models, not our own models; this independent product is not endorsed by their providers. There is no user-selectable model or free-text generation prompt.

Acceptable use — prohibited content

The following are prohibited individually: (1) pornography, nudity or sexual content (NSFW); (2) violence, gore, dangerous acts or self-harm; (3) hate speech or hateful imagery; (4) any child-unsafe content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and all uploads depicting minors; (5) deepfakes or impersonation, including face swaps, identity replacement, fabricated statements or deceptive actions, nudification and intimate-scene compositing, regardless of consent; (6) copyright or trademark infringement, including unauthorized protected characters, logos or brands. Use only your own photo or material whose adult subject has authorized this use. Permission does not override these prohibitions. Output is an AI visual effect and must not be presented as evidence of an actual flight or event.

Moderation, enforcement and reports

The service uses a fixed operator-controlled prompt, checks the uploaded photo before generation and checks the video before delivery. A server-side, per-site versioned prohibited-term list screens generation text before model calls and before any site credit is debited; exact operator-owned protective instructions are separately validated. The operator reviews this list weekly and upon receiving safety reports, recording the version and review date; this is manual maintenance, not continuous automated monitoring. Client-supplied prompts or other text fields are rejected. Rejected content is not delivered; uncertain checks hold the task rather than automatically retrying. Operational records retain the safety verdict and visible-person count. You may report unsafe or unauthorized content, or appeal a rejected task, using the support email on the Contact page. Include a task reference or public page URL, not private media or credentials. The operator manually reviews reports and may withhold delivery or remove stored content when warranted; a definite rejection returns a debited site credit once under the refund policy. Private results are not placed in a public user gallery. Publication of an operator-selected demo requires separate permission and human review. Automated checks can make mistakes and do not guarantee that content is lawful.
